4. When the length of the product is less than 800mm, the shutter and mold movements must be synchronized. When adjusting the machine locally, open the gate first, and then open the upper mold
5. When adjusting the machine locally, if the solenoid valve is energized for debugging, pay attention to whether it will cause injury due to power failure
6. When receiving the material by hand and feeding into the knife gate and adjusting the slicing position, the knife gate should be closed, and the hand should not be inserted into the knife gate cabinet in the automatic state.
7. Keep clean and hygienic, clean the surrounding debris and dirt in the machine after shutdown
8. All sliding guide posts, bearings and sprocket must be kept in good lubrication condition, and lubricate frequently
9. The water filter in the air circuit should be drained once every work shift, and the lubricator should be refueled frequently to ensure the normal use of the solenoid valve and cylinder
10. Check the oil level of the vacuum pump in each work shift (the oil should not be lower than the oil level); the vacuum pump oil should be replaced once a month
11. Frequently observe the amount of oil in the lubricator, adjust the amount of oil in time, increase it when the new machine is used (about 1 bottle of oil in 3 days) after one week of use, it can be reduced to ensure that the pneumatic components have sufficient lubrication.
